What a day

Well we finally herd back from the adoption agency and they said things are running slow right now and they don't have any leads for us for a baby but things should be picking up soon. Jenn and I both hope so, but we have both come to the idea that if we want to stay on top of what is going on then we are going to have to be the ones to call every week. That kinda sucks but if that is what we have to do then we are going to do it. On the other hand we know that we cant control when its going to happen so we are going to try and not stress about it and enjoy the things that we know will go away when we bring our baby home such as; sleeping late, eating out cutting down on the golf "that is going to be a hard one to handle" and all the other good stuff. On another note it was my first day back to work in three days off. I tell you it felt like a mini vacation and I really didn't want to go back but the day seemed to go by fast anyway. I had one thing that I had to tell my boss that i have been struggling with for a least a month. I told him that I had to cut back my hours so that I could continue school full time so I can do what I really want to do and that is be a teacher. If you know me you would understand why this is hard for me is because I hate to let anyone down or put them in a tough situation that is why it took me so long to break the news and yet I believe that somehow he already knew. I think it will all work out well though given my history there. I had a great surprise from a friend that moved me so deeply that I was unable to collect my thoughts. I have a friend Danny who used to live here but move to Missouri to be closer to his wife's family. Anyway long story short they are about to be blessed with a little girl this month. He told me over the phone this evening that they had the first and last name picked out Isabella Standford but they couldn't figure out what to use as the middle name. He told me that it just came to him like a dream but only when you are awake so he asked me if he could use the name Grace in honor of our Grace WOW! What an honor and a blessing it is to have friends like. I thank God for friends like these what a great way to end the day. That is it for tonight I hope that you all have a great evening and that someone blesses you the way that I have been blessed today

Good night
